David Harvey, M.D.

David Harvey, M.D., a Board Certified Family Physician and a graduate of the University of Washington School of Medicine, has been practicing for nine years in the Seattle area. In February 2002, he and his wife (Dr. Khajavi-Harvey) opened Fremont Medical & Dental Clinic. The micropractice model here allows providers to balance home and work lives while maximizing time with patients

Peter Grote, M.D.

Peter Grote, M.D. is a graduate of Albany Medical College, and completed his residency at the University of Washington. Dr. Grote is a Board Certified Family Physician and a member of the King County Medical Society and the American Holistic Medical Association. Dr. Grote began his practice in 1995 prior to joining Fremont Family Practice in May 2007.

Eric Rose, M.D.

Eric Rose, M.D. is a Board Certified Family Physician offering a full range of health services at Fremont Family Practice. He is a graduate of the Providence Family Medicine Residency, he has been practicing for seven years in the Seattle area. He is also on Faculty at the University of Washington. Dr Rose has special interests in infomatics.

Elizabeth Bayley, ARNP

Elizabeth Bayley attended Harvard College to receive a Bachelor of Arts in Social Anthropology, Magna Cum Laude. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from Seattle University. Elizabeth purposefully chose to receive her Master's in Family Practice because of the broad spectrum of clinical practice that it allows.

Reena Koshy, MD, MPH

Reena Koshy, MD, MPH, is board certified in Family Practice, and a graduate of Rush University. She received her masters in public health from the University of Washington. She has been practicing in the Seattle area since 1996, and has practiced overseas in New Zealand, Nicaragua, Ecuador and Peru.
