David Harvey, MD
David Harvey, M.D., a Board Certified Family Physician and a graduate of the University of Washington School of Medicine, has been practicing since 1996 in the Seattle area. In February 2002, he and his wife (Dr. Khajavi-Harvey) opened Fremont Medical & Dental Clinic. Dr Harvey practices full spectrum of Family Medicine. Born and raised in Philadelphia until moving to the northwest in High School. He lives in Magnolia with his wife and three children. In his limited spare time he enjoys woodworking, guitar, ultimate frisbee, photography, traveling and spending time with his family.

Peter Grote, MD
Peter Grote, M.D. is a graduate of Albany Medical College, and completed his residency at the University of Washington. Dr. Grote is a Board Certified Family Physician and a member of the King County Medical Society and the American Holistic Medical Association. Dr. Grote began his practice in 1995 prior to joining Fremont Family Practice in May 2007.

Reena Koshy, MD, MPH
Reena Koshy, MD, MPH, is board certified in Family Practice, and a graduate of Rush University. She received her masters in public health from the University of Washington. She has been practicing in the Seattle area since 1996, and has practiced overseas in New Zealand, Nicaragua, Ecuador and Peru.

Kjersten Gmeiner, MD, MPH
Kjersten Gmeiner is board certified in Family Medicine and Integrative Medicine, and in addition has a year of Naturopathic Medicine training at Bastyr University. She has always practiced a mixture of primary care family medicine, holistic integrative medicine, and urgent care. She enjoys treating families and individuals throughout the lifespan, partnering to find holistic solutions in order to achieve optimal health.
