Medical Front Office/Receptionist: Krystal Vazquez (right in photo) joined Fremont Family Practice in August 2015. She is one of the first people to greet you when you arrive.  She can help you schedule an appointment, relay your health information to our providers, assist with referrals and prescription renewals. Krystal is fluent in Spanish and enjoys teaching salsa classes in her free time.

Medical Back Office: Debbie Stickney (left in photo) has been with Fremont Family Practice for 3 years. She manages our vaccine program and reminds patients to come in for annual physicals.  She coordinates getting your medical records to and from other providers.  Debbie also answers phones and schedules appointments. She covers the front desk for Krystal whenever needed.  She is an avid cyclist and she is taking classes at North Seattle College toward a degree in nursing.

 

Medical Billing: Deb Diaz (not shown).  Deb has been with Fremont Family Practice for over 10 years.  She used to work in the office but has been able to continue her work remotely.  She now lives in Alexandria, VA with her husband.  She can help you with billing questions/concerns.
